Can i get discount for ordering in bulks?

Currently we have discount rate for order volume larger than 50pcs. You can contact sales@pangolinminer.com for bulk purchase.

Can i use miner in 110V condition?

With 110V condition, you need to use a STEP-UP transformer that can support 3000w appliance.

Does the plan including PSU?

Yes, the order includes the PSU. Please notice our PSU can only works in 220V condition.

How can i pay for the order?

The available payment methods are BTC/BCH, Wire Transfer

However, there’s some condition for using Wire Transfer.

1. Wire Transfer : For Company Account. From S&P Rate A countries.

 

What should i do if the order is cancelled due to delay of payment?

The order could be cancelled in 30 mins if the payment is not done. You can re-order and make the payment in time.

If you have paid for the order, but status still turned into cancel, please contact invoice@pangolinminer.com along with your order number.

Our financial staff will help you to correct the payment.

Which logistic company you will use?

For North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Oceania, we will use DHL/Fedex/UPS (DHL default).

For mainland China and Hongkong, we will use SF Express.

For Russia, we will use the cargo company CDEK.

Can i have local pickups?

Yes, you can have local pickup in our Hongkong warehouse. Our staff will provide you pickup bill 3~5 days before you can pickup in our hongkong warehouse. For order quantity above 30units, you can apply for discounted warehouse pickup service.
